Tim, I honestly don’t know what it means to be an “antiracism educator.” It sounds like a hammer that sees every problem as a nail. Why not “pro-truth educator”? It also seems to me that the goal of erasing racism means removing it as an independent variable (in other words, controlling for race) to discover any collinear variables that may be contributing to the outcomes one is studying.

That’s what I did in analyzing voting patterns and discovered that “female heads of household” dominated “black racial identity” in presidential voting preferences. So, on the margin, white, black, hispanic, etc. female heads of household were voting Democrat, while many black married couple were voting more Republican. That’s counter-intuitive to an exit poll sample that just claims all blacks overwhelmingly vote Democrat while whites do the opposite. That’s just a false narrative, and a very popular one.
