Because most media reflects the urban perspective, ignorance of the other is greater in our urban communities than our rural ones. Non-urbanites get all the urban views through the media, urbanites merely get the echo chamber. Urban liberals don’t like to hear this but they need to absorb the facts of their ignorance that you have illuminated here. The alternative is to incite civil war.
